Gibson 1982 30th anniversary Les Paul Goldtop. This non weight relieved solid mahogany model commemorated the 30th anniversary of the 1952 debut of the Les Paul model offered initially as a goldtop and weighs in at 9.9 lbs. Features of this particular model include the coveted Tim Shaw 137/138 PAF humbucking pickups, one piece body and 3 piece neck with no volute and chocolate brown fretboard possibly braziliian rosewood although no certified. The beautiful goldtop finish is in factory condition. No checking, scratches or dings. Hardware is shiny and extremely clean with only a hint of aging. Frets do not have anny appreciable wear. Neck is straight. No breaks or repairs. Original and ready to rock with minor small scuff by the rear cavity cover she is in 9.99 of 10 condition and comes with a newer Gibson Historic hardshell case. These guitars are highly collectable as well as being one of the finest Les Pauls to be built. This is a very clean example in collector condition!
